Subscription, Cancellation & Refunds

1. Free Access

You can start talking without paying. Free accounts include a limited number of messages. Once that limit is reached, your conversation history stays readable but sending new messages requires a membership.

2. Membership Plans

• Monthly membership: $9.99 per month.
• Annual membership: $69 per year.
• Membership includes unlimited messages with every persona and continued memory across conversations.

3. Billing and Renewal

Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. Your membership renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, using the payment method on file, until you cancel. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep access until that date, and you will not be charged again. Your conversation history remains readable after cancellation, subject to free-tier sending limits.

5. Refunds

Payments are generally non-refundable, including for partial billing periods and for periods during which you did not use the Service. If you were charged in error, or a technical failure prevented you from using the Service, contact us and we will review the situation in good faith. Where consumer protection law in your jurisdiction gives you a refund or withdrawal right, that law controls.

6. Price Changes

We may change membership pricing. If we do, we will give notice before the change applies to your renewal, and you may cancel before it takes effect.

7. Failed Payments and Termination

If a payment fails, membership features may be suspended until payment succeeds. We may terminate or suspend a membership for violations of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use policy without refund.
