Delete Account / Data

1. Delete From Your Account Page

Sign in, open your account page, and use the delete option there. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

2. What Gets Deleted

• Your account and sign-in credentials.
• Every conversation thread and message with Dad, Russ, Jai, and Marcus.
• Your memory bank — the facts and preferences saved from your conversations.
• Your profile record and usage counters.

3. What We May Keep

Limited billing and transaction records held by us or our payment processor may be retained where required for tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes. These records do not contain your conversations.

4. Cancel Your Membership First

If you have an active membership, cancel it before deleting your account so no further charges are attempted. See the Subscription, Cancellation & Refunds page.

5. Request Deletion by Email

If you cannot sign in, email support@hellodad.chat from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will verify the request and complete deletion within 30 days.

6. Backups

Deleted data may persist briefly in encrypted infrastructure backups before those backups expire on their normal schedule. It is not accessible in the app during that window.
