1. Information We Collect

• Account information: your email address and, if you sign in with Google, the basic profile details Google shares with us.
• Conversation data: the messages you send to a persona and the responses generated for you.
• Memory data: short facts and preferences extracted from your conversations so a persona can remember what matters to you.
• Billing data: subscription status and identifiers provided by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
• Technical data: basic log and device information needed to operate and secure the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide the Service, including generating persona responses and keeping your conversation history available to you.
• To personalize conversations using your memory bank.
• To manage your subscription, billing, and account access.
• To maintain safety, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

3. AI Processing

Persona replies are generated by a third-party large language model provider. To produce a reply, the content of your conversation and relevant memory entries are transmitted to that provider. We do not authorize the provider to use your conversations to train its models.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the Service — hosting and database infrastructure, our AI model provider, our payment processor, and email delivery — and only to the extent needed to perform those functions. We may disclose information when legally required or to protect someone's safety.

5. Retention

We keep your account, conversation, and memory data for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, we delete your conversations and memory entries. Limited billing records may be retained where required for tax and accounting purposes.

6. Your Choices and Rights

• You can review your conversation history at any time from within the app.
• You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
• Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access, correct, port, or restrict processing of your information.

7. Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level database security so that each account can only reach its own data. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

The Service is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.

9. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be reflected by a new Last Updated date, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
